病假工资支付标准:根据员工在本企业的工龄按下述比例支付
1. 工龄不满2年者,为本人工资60%;
2. 已满2年不满4年者,为本人工资70%;
3. 已满4年不满6年者,为本人工资 80%;

日工资:月工资收入÷月计薪天数
小时工资:月工资收入÷(月计薪天数×8小时)。
月计薪天数=(365天-104天)÷12月=21.75天
