病假工资支付标准：根据员工在本企业的工龄按下述比例支付
1. 工龄不满2年者，为本人工资60%;
2. 已满2年不满4年者，为本人工资70%;
3. 已满4年不满6年者，为本人工资 80%;
4. 已满6年不满8年者，为本人工资90%;
5. 已满8年及8 年以上者，为本人工资100%。
三、病假期间工资计算基准：所有月薪工人以月薪为计算基准，所有计件工人则以其过去三个月的平均工资为计算基准。但工人所有之工资不低于最低工资的80%，如果低于此标准的，以最低工资的80%计发。
“制度工作日”主要用于加班时间的计算，一些机构无法实行“标准工时制度”(即每日工作8小时、每周工作40小时)，但他们的平均日工作时间和平均周工作时间应与法定标准工作时间基本相同，超过“制度工作日”规定的工作小时数即为加班。因此，“制度工作日”这一概念是判断加班的一个重要依据。
制度工作日的计算扣除了国家的法定节假日，具体计算方法为：
年工作日：365天-104天(为一年52周的双休日)-11天(法定节假日)=250天
月工作日：250天÷12月=20.83天/月
工作小时数：月、年的工作日×每日的8小时
“制度计薪日”即用于日工资的计算的月计薪天数，在工资发放的时候与许多考勤项目相关，如扣除事假、病假工资，加班费计算，工作不足一个月时的工资计算等等，都与“制度计薪日”及日工资数相关。
月计薪天数、日工资、小时工资的折算方法为：
月计薪天数：(365天-104天)÷12月=21.75天(不扣除11天的法定节假日)
日工资：月工资收入÷月计薪天数
小时工资：月工资收入÷(月计薪天数×8小时)

年工作日：365天-104天(休息日)-11天(法定节假日)=250天

工作小时数的计算：以月、季、年的工作日乘以每日的8小时。
二、日工资、小时工资的折算
按照《劳动法》第五十一条的规定，法定节假日用人单位应当依法支付工资，即折算日工资、小时工资时不剔除国家规定的11天法定节假日。据此，日工资、小时工资的折算为：
日工资：月工资收入÷月计薪天数
小时工资：月工资收入÷(月计薪天数×8小时)。
月计薪天数=(365天-104天)÷12月=21.75天
